What We Offer
We are a full-service interior design company, offering you an array of services to choose from, at any point of your project. Our services range from Interior Design, Space Planning, Interior Project Management, and Colour Management Consultancy, with the projects of both residential or commercial industries, including Office spaces, Retail (Shopping centers, Department Stores, Supermarkets, Showroom), Hospitality (Hotels, Chalets & Resorts), Restaurant and Residential (Condominium & Bungalows).
We do not only offer prestige design services for your commercial or residential property, we also assist with the building process of turning the approved design into reality. We will set the right measurements and specs for construction.
Finalizing an interior design project can be big commitment, and may include stressful decisions. However, you do not necessarily have to have a fixed decision or vision of how you want your future property to look like. In fact, most of our clients come to us without a direction, and so we offer consulting services to help you make the right decisions on design directions.
Our relationship doesn’t end at project approval and execution, but we will be there until the project is officially completed, and the “during” process is where our Site Supervision services comes into play. We will monitor the site building to ensure that everything has been executed correctly and communicate back and forth with the client to make sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
Having somebody reliable to manage your site as it builds out is very important! With our knowledge and expertise in the construction industry, we offer services to handle every component of the project from picking the right materials, to construction, to final completion of the project, we are here to handle it so you can have a peace of mind.
Process
How It's Done
Step 1
Space Planning
We start with analysing the space we are working on to identify the furniture placements to best complement the environment while achieving the goal.
Step 2
Design Idea
At this stage, we brainstorm design concepts to determine which is the best direction best match the clients’ preference. This includes the mood, style, and identity.
Step 3
Design Proposal
After confirmation, a full set of detailed drawings with accurate measurements will be arranged for construction work. At this point, we will appoint our team to begin sourcing materials and prepare for construction work based on the design artwork and measurements.
Step 4
Engagement
After getting a good idea of what is to be achieved, we will then provide an itemize quotation based on the proposed design work.
Step 5
Design & Build
After confirmation, a full set of detailed drawings with accurate measurements for precise construction. At this point, we will appoint our team to begin the constructions follow by full set drawings.
Step 6
Project Management
Finally, an appointment will be scheduled to finalise materials and finishes for the project. Meanwhile, we will continue to communicate and supervise to make sure all projects will be completed based on the proposed timeline. This includes planning, organizing, securing, managing, and leading resources needed for the project.
